Our Vision
-
To provide a safe space for dads to talk, listen and share their experiences of fatherhood across the South East
-
We believe DadSpace should be accessible to all dads and hope to see one in every town or city.
-
Consistency is key, we aim to offer DadSpace meet-ups on a regular basis.
-
Dads know they’ve always got a place to go. We’ve got your back!
Our Values
We celebrate fatherhood and promote good communication
-
The impact fathers have on a young person's life is diverse and we believe the whole family unit benefits from our sessions.
DadSpace is a free space
-
We will have no financial barriers to participation. Our core DadSpace sessions will remain free for all dads to attend and be heard.
We are here for each other
-
DadSpace facilitates a strong peer to peer support network for dads, known as the Brotherhood. We are also able to signpost dads to outside support and services if needed.
We keep it simple
-
In a complex and busy world, we aim to keep DadSpace simple.
Integrity and honesty is everything at DadSpace
-
In all of our interactions, we promote respect, tolerance and mindfulness of each other’s privacy and time. Creating a friendly and inclusive culture for all dads.
